If submitting via email, payment can be sent via payal to ztvfilmfest@gmail.com. Submissions without payment will not be considered. 

Each film should be no longer than 10 minutes. Filmmakers are responsible for all copyrights. We will notify all entries of judging scores, comments and award status through email by December 11th. By submitting, you give us the right to screen your film in front of an online and/or live audience. We may promote clips from your film on social media, based on the press kits you provide us with. We retain the right to change the date and venue of the festival under special circumstances. All filmmakers will be informed about any potential changes through email and our online platforms.
